Jazz Band Concerts
Our Jazz Band performs several times throughout the school year.
The Jazz Summit concert is held in May each year. It features the jazz bands of Pioneer, Huron, and Ypsilanti high schools, and often features a guest artist.

- Saturday 3 September: The Detroit Jazz Festival
- Thursday 1 December: In Concert with the MSU Jazz Orchestra (see flyer)
- Sunday 11 December: at Cliff Bells, Detroit
- Wednesday 18 January: Pioneer Jazz Band Concert
- Thursday 2 February: Pioneer Bands Winter Concert
- Sunday 12 February: Pioneer Bands Gala & Auction
- Wednesday 28 March: MSBOA State Jazz Festival (Jackson)
- Saturday 21 April: Essentially Ellington Competition (East Lansing)
- Monday 23 April: Paul Keller Orchestra Jazz Student Outreach Program (Zal Gaz Grotto)
