You're cordially invited to join us for Picnic Pops 2010!!
This city-wide "ice cream social", to be held Saturday, May 22nd on the front lawn of Pioneer High School, is a great way to celebrate the accomplishments of our student music ensembles. The concert is free, the food and games are at bargain prices...but we really need your HELP to make it a successful event!!

The band programs at each of Ann Arbor's three, comprehensive high schools (Pioneer, Huron & Skyline) will be helping out. If you're interested in filling one of Pioneer's volunteer slots, please choose a job and shift from the schedule below, and enter the relevant information in the form. If your schedule is flexible, you can choose "Any Job" and/or "Any Shift", and we'll tentatively assign you to a slot where we most need your assistance. Once our volunteer roster is more or less set, we'll be contacting you to reconfirm your selection(s).

NOTE:  Please choose a shift that will not conflict with your (or your student's) performance schedule!
(Students should report for warm-up 30 minutes prior to their ensemble's performance time.)
