| 9:30 AM | Arrive at Carroll Studios, 625 West 55th Street, New York, NY 10019 (212-868-4120) for New York Philharonic Clinic with Michael Adelson | Arrive for Broadway Classroom's Instrumental Clinic at Studios, 625 West 55th Street, New York, NY 10019 (212-868-4120) – Working with a Broadway musician, students will not only strive for musical precision and excellence, but also will explore the relationship between composition / orchestration and story-telling on stage (Clinic only for students & directors) | |
| 11:30 AM | Depart for your second clinic at Jazz at Lincoln Center. Sack Lunch will be provided enroute (to be arranged by group) |
 Depart for Fifth Avenue– Shop or browse through some of the art galleries and bookstores. Lunch on your own |

| NOON | Arrive at the Time Warner Center, 10 Columbus Circle, New York, NY 10019 for your Jazz at Lincoln Center Music Clinic with Vincent Gardner. Group will need to enter through the stage door at 20 West 60th Street | ||
| 2:00 PM | After your clinic, quickly depart for your performance |
 Arrive at the Madison Ave Atrium, E 56th ST & Madison Ave, New York, NY 10019 |
